    • Notify us within 30 days if an item is not working or damaged.
    • We assist in sending it back at no extra cost.
    • Upon assessment, we provide a replacement or a full refund.
  4. Change of Mind Returns:

    • You have 30 days to return an unwanted item.
    • Return shipping is your responsibility.
    • The item must be unused and in its original box for acceptance.
    • Once received, we refund the amount paid minus the shipping cost.
  5. Refunds:

    • After confirming your item's return, we send an email.
    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
