Concerned about damaged products?

Prioritize inspecting your item(s) and packaging upon arrival. If you observe any damage, even to the box, make a note while signing for delivery. In cases where you can't open the package during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, promptly send photos to support@oasis-depot.com. We'll swiftly process a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
